1. Return Eligibility Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be approved.

2. Return Item Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items should be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear. Please note that clearance sale items and personalized or customized products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

3. Return Shipping Cost

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs. After submitting your return request, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email.

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, incorrect size choice, or change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Additionally, a fixed return processing fee of $3.99 will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Damaged or Lost Package Compensation

If your package is lost or arrives severely damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged outer box and items. We will offer either a free reshipment or a full refund without requiring the return of damaged products.

6. Return Process

Wait for approval and receive your return shipping label if applicable.
Ship the item back and provide the tracking number via our website.
After inspection by our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed.
